We’ve Changed the Way You’ll Access The Portal.

In order to provide you with a more seamless customer experience, we recently consolidated our online portal system. As a result, you will no longer need to select your city when accessing the print/copy portal from our website. Instead, you will simply select ‘Print/Copy Portal‘ from the ‘Customer Support’ dropdown.

 

What Does this Change Mean for You?

Previously

You would access the portal by hovering over ‘Service and Supplies’ and selecting the city where your account originated.

Going Forward

You will access the portal by hovering over ‘Customer Support’ and selecting ‘Print/Copy Portal.’

***Please note that this change did not affect your login name or password. You will still be able to log in to the system using your existing credentials***
