In light of the recent “stay-at-home” restrictions adopted by Austin and San Antonio, we wanted to give you an update on our operations during the next few weeks.

1. We will continue to provide onsite support, when necessary.
As an information technology company, Knight Office Solutions operates as an essential services provider, and we will continue to support our valued customers, many of whom likewise provide essential services.

2. We will continue to take precautionary measures to limit interpersonal exposure.
During this time, we will make every effort to resolve issues remotely. When onsite support is necessary, our technicians will adhere to best practices of social distancing throughout the duration of their visit to a customer’s office. Additionally, technicians will sanitize serviced equipment before and after any work is performed. In order to ensure that our technicians can complete their visit as quickly as possible, please let us know in advance if your organization has implemented any specific safety policies.

3. We remain committed to helping you execute your mission.
For thirty years, Knight Office Solutions has made it our mission to help customers reach their business goals, and we will continue to do so, even as we navigate these unprecedented times.
